It is Secure and compliant with Built-in encryption, IAM, and compliance with global standard

pricing can be hard to estimate costs without careful planning since they do not charge per month but rather for what you use

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Not the easiest for beginners or non-technical users should consider onboarding support or training.
