It has comprehensive and customizable reporting capabilities, it is easy to setup and free software to use. The platform allows user to explore audience demographics, user behaviour and marketing strategies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Going deep into the performance of a website and audiences

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support is not good. I didn't get satisfactory solutions from the support team once.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a website definitely go for this. This will help you in a lot of way to grow your website presence and sales.

Google analytics allows end users to customize the product or system to meet their unique business objectives by defining customized segments, setting up custom goals to track specific conversion metrics , or even defining custom dimensions for tracking specific data points. This is just a few of the many possibilities that come with Google analytics flexible customization provisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of Google analytics strengths lies in its ability to provide real time data on user interaction on mobile or web applications. This is critical for faster identification of traffic or user interaction anomalies and quick decision-making.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Accuracy of insights provided by Google analytics can be affected by different factors like tags and events configuration, data sampling, browser restriction and even the privacy settings of a website visitor or web browser. The above makes the risk of data contamination very high when using Google analytics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google analytics is the best placed digital analytics tool for providing valuable insights around user interactions on web and mobile platforms.
