What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?

That platform is very powerful in terms of characterizing users, counting conversions, and monitoring real-time behavior as compared to other companies. The information flow from marketing with Google Ads and other Google services is made very easy by its integration. In addition, the platform provides a free version with a lot of features, which is very advantageous for small teams. To sum up, it is a single, user-friendly tool that gives a complete picture of website ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌performance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ makes Google Analytics stand out the most is the extent of the data it gathers and structures without any user intervention. One can easily find out the sources of the users, the pages they use, and the way they engage with the site. The dashboards are perfect for keeping an eye on the trends and conversion rates. There are also some pre-made reports which I find very convenient as it is a great time saver instead of doing all the work from scratch. In short, it is a very efficient tool which helps one to keep track of the website performance in a very clear manner without having to put in extra ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ biggest problem with the software is that its interface can be very confusing at the beginning, especially for new users. Incredibly, some advanced features are not only hidden but also need extra preparation to be used, thus the process of analysis becomes slower. It is possible that you find it difficult in creating your own reports because of the steep learning curve, and in general, those teams which do not have prior experience are at a disadvantage in this case.
