What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

Gong next generation pipeline visibility makes sales professionals more efficient. Thanks to the integrations with various CRM platforms, Gong is able to streamline the whole process from initiating engagement through closing the sale.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to connect with CRM software and log the most significant conversation points automatically is a key feature. This not only reduces manual work but also allows the important things to be always at hand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Gong AI is impressive, there are moments when the summaries fail to take into account the context or misinterpret key moments which leads to false insights.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are in need of deal tracking, conversation analysis and sales coaching in your business, Gong should be one of your first choices. Be sure to properly integrate it with your CRM so as to get the maximum output out of it.

Great pipeline tool w/ call recording, analysis

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

The platform is very intuitive. With no training I was able to log in and immediately identify how to use core functionality of the product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the dashboards that help show pipeline, which have custom tabs by sales stage (user created). This then shows activities during pipeline calls from both prospects and sales so we can immediately see who is and isn't reaching out to their prospects on a consistent basis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes at this point in time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a simple way to increase accountability for sales teams, this is it.
