GoldMine boosts a robust contact management features, including organizing customer information, managing interactions, database of contacts and accounts. This is its unique selling point.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite feature is Goldmine's contact management system. It allows users to effectively organise and manage customer information and interactions

What do you dislike most about this product?

The User interface. This is in desperate need of modernization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product does it all. It is not overkill. We seem to be able to utilize all of its features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of looking up customers while they are on the phone and the clear history of the sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The note taking is a little difficult on the display side. Too many choices??

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try. It is well constructed.
