What differentiates GoCardless from other similar products?

The simplicity with which I can get clients to simply pay their invoices. It is simple and transparent for them. It stops mistakes in payments. The fees are fair. I get paid on time. Great!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My clients don't have to think about paying me - it just happens.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The web interface is a bit confusing, but I rarely have to go in there. When a client changes their bank account it can be difficult to connect the direct debit to their new account.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! Make sure that it integrates with your accounting system to give you a seamless experience.
