They care highly about their customers and tries to provide world class service without any compromise with quality and that's well suitable for enterprises

Graphical User Interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as sort dislike but they've lot of catching up to do compared with the top crm products

The customer support from freshsales is very good and they try to provide customer delight.

The way they design was totally different and it's so simple to use.

I love the management part in this platform.

As of now everything woks well. No dislike from my side

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I want them to add more integration with native apps instead of depending on the Zapier. It an extra cost for us.
