What differentiates Freshmarketer from other similar products?

I like that Freshmarketer integrates with Freshworks as a whole, they offer a ton of tools and since we were using those it made sense to add Freshmarketer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration with Freshworks is great

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't find the automation options to be that great for our needs and reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good for a small expanding company that has in house marketing.
