This tool standouts for all in one omni channel campaign management tool and it holds seamless integration with other Freshworks product which is the add features in this tool

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most interesting features and aspect about this tool is it enabled with both email marketing and CRM management together which is awesome to handle both email campaign and lead segment

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product is not loaded with lot of automation features whereas other competitors are offering advance capabilities to manage workflows and lead management process

Need to add lot of automation and workflow options and add AI features to optimize the tool performance and value of the product
