What differentiates FreshBooks from other similar products?
You manage to keep accounting in an easy and simple way, you can create invoices without many complications, has a great customer service that are always ready to answer your questions and solve problems, mostly is simple to use fulfills what it promises and helps me to feel less stressed in my day to day with respect to work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The billing issue has been very tedious, but with freshbook it became more bearable. On the topic of Application Programming Interfaces. It appeals to me because it brings everything together in one convenient place. All the software is so easy to use that anyone can learn to use it; creating invoices based on time recorded; and single invoices or flat rate pricing. easy billing and time tracking. I was able to integrate it with Teamwork project management software so that more complex jobs that require detailed time tracking versus tasks and milestones could be tracked there and then my time could be exported to Freshbooks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The absence of features like email automation and scheduling, which are provided by apps like Dubsado and Honeybook, would be an example. One thing I would like to see the developers improve is to make sure that updates take at least an hour and not much longer. The feature I like the least is that this software does not create quarterly tax estimates that are required in accounting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product is very easy to use and intuitive. the integration into our current business process was seamless and quick. The ability to keep this together allows for a quick glance and ensures everything is ready to go. I like creating invoices and also the general ledger I like the most as it has been a great help.

We love freshbooks because it is so easy to use

What differentiates FreshBooks from other similar products?
We have used many accounting and finance softwares, but this is the best, as we find it very easy to use and with tools that are useful for our company. It is also cloud-based, so our computers are not overloaded with information and become cluttered. It calculates taxes quickly and automatically, just by filling in a few data, the system takes care of the rest, including making the payment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Making budgets is very easy, plus you can automate the development, just by changing a few data of our customers. It has a mobile application that allows us to enter the system from anywhere with internet connection, which facilitates our work, especially extra payments. We can process all the invoices issued and have them in order, which helps us to be more organized.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some integrations with banks could not be done, so the pending payments to customers with those banks, I have to do them manually, which delays my work. Although your application helps us to make payments, the truth is that some functions and tools are not within it, which limits its use, so it would be great if all those functions that are in the web version could be within your application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This app is very useful and has helped me a lot with my part time business as a book publisher. I hope they improve the invoicing as they have gotten away from this part but they can improve. I also wish the app was more user friendly.
