What differentiates Forsta from other similar products?
This tool has the ability to collect customer information through various systems. Compared to other tools I have used, what I like about this tool is its ability to collect data through surveys, even via SMS, which guarantees a more versatile and functional study in case you do not have access to the internet at the moment. It is a tool that has allowed us to change strategies and know what each customer wants
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the platform, especially its visualization. This is a tool for those who have not yet started marketing campaigns tailored to what the customer really wants. This tool has metrics and trend analysis to guide you in terms of campaigns, so that they are more focused on what really works
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't had any problems with the features. From my point of view, it's very comprehensive
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its capabilities go beyond conventional systems. It can connect and analyze comments from different platforms or systems, at least emails, messaging, and other methods where customer satisfaction is analyzed for a specific purpose, whether it's to increase sales or improve advertising

What differentiates Forsta from other similar products?
It consolidates responses from multiple sources such as web apps mobile and email into a single location.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Processing open text responses and extracting patterns was easier than expected. The ability to pull feedback directly into internal tools via the api was very useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The documentation could be clearer in some areas. Understanding the schema takes some time initially.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Development teams that want to connect feedback directly to code and product decisions forsta is a robust and practical option.
