Forsta goes beyond simply displaying survey results it combines multi source inputs to extract actionable patterns. Text analytics and segmentation features bring it closer to the feature generation layer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It made it easy to create sentiment and intent classes from open text responses across multiple projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some fields require manual cleaning when exporting raw data. Processing time increases significantly with very large survey setups.

Modular scalable design easily adapts from small projects to enterprise wide research workflows providing centralized experience platform instead of siloed data and disconnected tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some users have reported lag ui complexity in reports and components which can be frustrating during busy workloads.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It works best for operations teams when complex feedback loops and real time reporting are required just be mindful of the onboarding and ui complexity at the start.

What differentiates Forsta from other similar products?
we have these for our cx program and the closed loop feedback system is awesome. when a client gives us a bad review, a ticket gets automatically submitted to our support team. it’s such a good bridge between research and action.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
i really enjoy the multi channel distribution. we can send survey through email, sms or we even embed in our app. I.e. having all that data come together into one truth so that we don't have to go around merging spreadsheets from multiple providers manually.
What do you dislike most about this product?
user interface is a bit old. Menu browsing feels like using software from a decade ago. it's not as slick or modern as typeform and surveymonkey, and locating certain settings can be like a treasure hunt.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
i highly recommend this for large enterprises that are customer experience focused. the auto workflows for closing the loop with unhappy customers are worth the price itself. it transform passive data collection to an active customer retention.
