Its MyChart patient portal provides excellent patient engagement, while its breadth of modules covers nearly every aspect of hospital operations. Unlike many competitors, Epic offers a single, unified platform rather than fragmented solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Epic is the comprehensive patient record system. It allows providers to access a complete history, lab results, imaging, and medications in one place, which significantly improves clinical decision-making and care coordination.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest drawback of Epic is its complexity and steep learning curve. While it is powerful, navigating through multiple menus can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. System customization often requires significant support, and performance can sometimes feel slow on older hardware.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
