In the legal world we need everything in perfect order and dropbox sign provides that level of accuracy. that is the best because audit trails are very thorough and stand up to scrutiny. instead, it delivers quality at scale, compared to the cheaper options this one feels a lot more solid and your signatures are never going to be in comparison if they were actually done legally or not. it must have saved us so many trips to the post office and courier fees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i love the "signer attachments" feature which enables my clients attach a scan of their id with their signed document. it has all the related files bundled together in one tidy packet. the interface is crisp and does not distract from the document itself which is important with legal reviews. it has greatly streamlined the process of getting contracts finalized and filed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the pricing structure which is a bit inflexible and i would like to have more flexibility of adding occasional users. I also dislike the email templates because they are a little basic for my liking, and I'd like to have more control over how the notifications/layout look. occasionally documents are slow to process post-signature.

dropbox sign is so much better than the competitors because it doesn’t pretend to be a full project management suite. its the best at precisely one thing and thats getting documents signed fast and legally. i picked it as it was the most recommended to me in my professional network and i haven't been let down. it is also very secure and i trust it with all my most important business agreements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i love that it's seriously just drag and drop to create a signature box on any part of the page without you making that tiny little grid. the default styles are also pretty good, they look so much better than the boring fonts everyone else is using. whole experience seem more personal and less like a cold transaction. the configuration was also done in a snap which is perfect for when i'm on the run.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They have a very low limit of documents you can send on their free tier so you are forced to upgrade almost immediately. i do also wish the mobile web version was a little more responsive for when i’m on-the-go. the buttons are sometimes just a tad too small for my fingers on a phone screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you need a straight forward-signature -tool: this is the one for you. " it dose bost what it says on the tin and it does it very well. i recommend for anyone who want to eliminate printing and scanning. It’s a good investment for your business and your sanity.
