What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hellosign has made it convenient for our customers to sign documents without fuss. No need to download a software or use any special hardware. From within the browser interface on computer or on browser , anyone can sign contractual documents in seconds.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very satisfied with everything Hellosign has had to offer , over the years.

Hellosign is one of the most reliable methods of collecting electronic signatures for contractual documents remotely.

What differentiates Dropbox Sign from other similar products?

A major constraint of electronically collecting signatures has to do with security. Hellosign does take care of this for us, by ensuring that only persons we send contractual documentations to will have access to them . It does this via the Qualified Electronic Signature feature, which has now become our favorite way to verify the identities of contract/agreement signees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Audit trails. For every e-signature collection tool, the ability to prove that a recipient accessed a contractual document, reviewed it and signed it is very important. Most importantly too, Hellosign also enable us to request identity verification for a signee, to ensure the right person is the one signing the document. The aforementioned is my favorite part of Hellosign.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is difficult to dislike anything about our overall relationship with Hellosign. With Hellosign, we get what we need as far as electronic signature collection and management is concerned.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Personally, I rate Hellosign above every other electronic signature tool ,and I have actually tried a few others. Beyond the fact that it is the first e-signature tool I ever used, which could make me biased, it simply just works.

One of the reasons why we have stuck with Hellosign as a company, is its audit trail feature. This feature makes use of things like time stamp and activity tracker, to ensure that every action taken by a signee, is documented for legal purposes.

For me, I am in love with the Hellosign application. It makes it super convenient to send out contractual documents and review signed contractual agreements on the Hellosign application, on the go.

Hellosign is amongst an handful of programs, which I can term perfect. It perfectly addresses our major reason for using it.

Hellosign simply just wins. Perhaps, there could be better alternatives out there but Hellosign simply works for me.
