It's very easy to use.

Lack of anything project management

Easy to use as previously said but a little pricey. Worth it if you collaborate with big files.

Has automatic backup with two factor authentication so our files are secure

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Supports storage of all formats and allows editing documents, signing them and also can share files without leaving dropbox

The pricing is high

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

Dropbox plays well with just about everything. It’s also known for its fast and seamless syncing, which is crucial when handling large marketing assets or IT documentation across multiple teams

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Smart Sync feature is a game-changer—it allows me to access cloud files without taking up local storage, which is useful when dealing with heavy datasets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While permissions and access settings are decent, they’re not as advanced as what you’d get in Google Drive or SharePoint. Also, large-scale collaboration can get messy

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if tight integration with Microsoft tools or real-time document collaboration is a priority, other options might fit better.
