It's has made collaboration more effective by sharing files and documents with teams and commenting on real-time.

It's very limited with storage especially free version

It's been fundamental for my cloud storage of files and seamless collaboration by sharing them and add comments to teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is its user-friendly interface and high-speed file uploads and downloads. It allows easy sharing of files or folders with password protection and expiring links for added security. Additionally, Dropbox offers remote file wiping for lost devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the fact that Dropbox has limited free storage space, which starts at just 2GB. Compared to competitors offering more generous free tiers, users often find this insufficient for their needs, especially when storing larger files or collaborating on projects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When considering Dropbox, start by assessing your storage needs, as the free plan offers only 2GB. Evaluate its collaboration features, strong security options (like two-factor authentication and remote wipe), and seamless integrations with tools like Slack and Microsoft Office 365. Test the user-friendly interface and explore version history for file recovery.
