When we started using this product, we were struck by the ease of streamlining the processes it gave us, we started with a few pages but then we jumped to a room completely full of documents. Thanks to Dokmee we have continuous access to our documents in a fast and secure way, something that it has that is very good and in my opinion it gives it a phenomenal help is its speed allowing us to process large amounts of paper in a fairly good time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like many things about this product but above all I like its ability to work in the cloud, this is undoubtedly one of its best functions and it allows us a wider margin of maneuver and the ability to carry out these scans from anywhere. In addition, the intelligent scanning solution is quite a good weapon to create quality electronic copies of any important record or document that is printed on paper.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not the cheapest solution, however it offers quite positive results and gives us options to skip the different inconveniences of the accumulation of paper, it would be good to improve the scope of their licenses so that they can offer fewer tools to those who do not need them at a price more mod.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it without any doubt, it is a tool that will allow your company to have greater security and accessibility on your documents and also will allow a significant advance in the speed of searching for them. It is ideal for medium or large organizations but small organizations can make an effort to enjoy this good product.

It is a very complete platform, although more instructions for use are needed to get started with its configuration and deployment.
