What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?

Dokmee has benefited its use in the company, to optimize its office equipment, automate the flow of business and extract high value information. It generates great efficiency and improves productivity for our company. I have increased the value of our company by having all the information gathered in one place, using standard workflows for all processes. In addition, it has a robust security system that keeps files posted and created protected.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to use. Importing and exporting documents is easy. Allows you to load many documents at the same time. It is really useful in the office to process a large number of documents every day. Design and implementation of the workflow are easy, as it is done through an intuitive graphical interface. The mobile app is amazing, it can be accessed from anywhere and at any time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial configuration can be a bit complicated, although after configuring it its use is really simple.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using this software because it is accurate, fast and compared to other solutions it is very efficient. In addition, it offers a set of essential solutions for use in the office.
