Not much for me to complain on the software, easy to implement this platform.

What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?

Dokmee offers a wide variety of functions to enhance, organize and streamline the document management process. It improves collaborative work with the team and is very agile for carrying out daily office tasks. It allows managing different types of documents without having to install native applications, which allows the work team to save time and greatly improve our workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software is quite easy to use and makes document management easy. It requires little configuration and provides the ability to adapt it to the needs of the business. It has an accurate and efficient automated data extraction process. Easily create workflows with rules-based document routing. It has excellent customer service. It has a good level of security that allows access only to authorized users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some aspects that can be improved, is the user interface that can be visually more attractive and the search capabilities should be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend your implementation of this effective tool that has features that generate agile document management and workflows that adapt very well to the needs of each company.

What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?

Dokmee is the most efficient solution to manage and organize the files and documents used in our company. It offers the possibility of creating workflows adapted to our needs. The file sharing, storage, capture and digitization process provided by this platform is easy to develop and leads to increased productivity. Dokmee has the ability to ensure accurate content management that improves our business decisions in a fluid and enjoyable work environment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dokmee is intuitive and easy to use. It allows to store and locate quickly, regardless of the file format used. All components are complete, easy to use and easy to implement. Workflow automation is great. It can be connected with most of all daily office tasks. Automating business processes is simple and efficient. The customer service is excellent, whenever we need help, they respond quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only negative so far is that its cost compared to other similar software is a bit high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is easy to use and provides powerful document management. It also generates an optimal collaborative process and you have very effective security functions. I recommend it.
