What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?

Dokmee supports wide variety of file extensions and offers almost file preview features to most extension types.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Dokmee our team has been able to collaborate in a more refined manner. With it's cloud functionality we have been able to version control the documents as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dokmee has been incredible to use and no complaints so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need an independent content management tool Dokmee is the best option in the market

What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?

We have tried other document management systems but Dokmee has features that have made the administration of our company more efficient by centralizing our databases in one place. The approval and signing of budgets, waivers, special items, write-offs and sales invoices is much smoother as it can be securely shared with other department managers. It helps improve file sharing and intelligent storage of important data for our company and our customers. Allows for better document classification and offline access.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Dokmee allows me to recover files and their previous versions because sometimes there is data that is lost and it is important to recover it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about Dokmee.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a complete tool but easy to use, I recommend training more and more to get all the potential.

What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?

In our department we must permanently manage a large number of documents, prospects, programs and marketing campaigns and sensitive information of our customers, with Dokmee we can exchange files quickly and securely maintaining a system with more efficient collaboration tools, allows us to offer our customers electronic signature, converts files of different formats which helps to make the secure storage protocol and information management work well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Without a doubt what I like most about Dokmee is that it keeps our documents well organized and is very easy to implement and use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Optical character recognition works poorly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Some functions are difficult to understand, I recommend watching the videos and consulting support if you have any doubts.
