Using DocuWare is easy and the software is affordable Coms with great security features to ensure business content and documents are secure

DocuWare is seamless and effective

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'm recommend DocuWare for both business content management and also as a document management as it offers lots of features and is capable of both

What differentiates DocuWare from other similar products?

Its original intent shifted as time went on. Its popularity has waned and is now rarely employed. It is now used to send multiple documents about residents to our outside property management system. Also, it's employed for internal processes. In the past, it was used to file paperwork for our residents and duplicates of checks from Accounts Payable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

At this time, we are in a situation in which we print one document each inhabitant per month, totaling one thousand documents every month. Barcode processing in DocuWare allows us to simply upload that pdf and have it filed under each individual's profile. After that, we use scripting to import all of those files into our web-based property management system. Helps avoid processing individual documents for each local.

What do you dislike most about this product?

OCR is usable but not perfect; there are some documents that it has problems reading. There are occasional lag difficulties with the web interface. Modifiable to a lesser extent. A more reliable email system and filtering system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To better serve our restaurant clients, we implemented DocuWare into a workflow to manage accounts payable. DocuWare is still used to find and save documents relevant to cash management, but we have switched to a more specialized program for invoice processing.

It's very secure. It comes with great content management features It is scalable as it's cloud based
