DocuSign saves time and trees

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

The software is relatively inexpensive. It integrates with Slack, Zoom, and other work from home tools, which makes the whole back and forth process easier on remote workers. I also like that you can use DocuSign as a project management tool to a certain extent. You can send notifications for employees to sign, scan, and send important document in real time (all without writing an email).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am an environmentalist, so I appreciate that this software is eco-friendly, reduces its own carbon footprint, and saves trees as an added benefit. Gone are the days when I have to print out a document, scan it, and manually enter it back into our CRM. With DocuSign, the process is instant! As someone who onboards and off-boards a lot of people (from temporary employees, consultants, contractors, and seasonal interns), I enjoy not having to waste so much paper, ink, and time getting and preparing all these documents together.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not a dealbreaker, but I wish that they provided discounts to nonprofit organizations such as ours.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please utilize the free trial prior to purchase and play around with the platform! if you're working for a nonprofit or political campaign then you may be hesitant to buy an annual software license, but I encourage you to do so if you have the budget or funding for it.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

DocuSign is very easy and simple to use! It is great for requesting signatures and getting documents back easy and efficiently!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How simple and easy the software is to setup a document for signature and the ability to request signatures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had a complaint it would be that it is sometimes to simple so things may become confusing since you may be over thinking how to do something.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would weight the cost and how many times you need to use the software. If you only need it a few times a year then it may not be worth the price but if you use it everyday then it is totally worth every penny.
