What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

I am of the opinion that Docusign's contract lifecycle management provision sets it apart from similar products. Docusign's Contract lifecycle management ( CLM ) simplifies the process of managing contracts with our customers., across the contracts lifecycle. By automating important manual tasks like contract drafting ,and accelerating contract approvals , we are closing deals faster by simply getting contracts across to our customers faster than we ever did before Docusign.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I.love Docusign Web forms. We have leveraged it to capture data and automatically populate agreements for signature, at the point where customers sign-up for our product and services. Making use of Docusign Web forms has improved our signature collection workflow and made us more effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Absolutely nothing. As far as signing agreements electronically is concerned. Docusign has perfectly met our needs and expectations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For businesses that run on agreements, Docusign is one to consider.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

The newly added AI in the tool make it easy for one to summarize the contract and simplify it hence making it easy for one to understand what the contract is about.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the added feature for Stamps, you can easily create stamps from the tool by customizing the fonts just to make contract signing appear much like physical one, there are also a lot of signature customization that any anyone can select from.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tool is too slow to upload the documents and while adding the document into the tool, it becomes also too slow, it is so hard to interact with customer care team when you face challenges with the tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the tool to anyone looking for online tool to manage signing and contracts.
