What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

It stands out in its practicality, especially for the client, as it allows commercial deals to be closed without the client struggling to read, fill out the corresponding fields, and sign. Another aspect that sets it apart is its performance with long documents. I've tried other platforms, and they simply crash when trying to add fields where the information is filled out. It's tedious, and that's why I opted for DocuSign because of its speed in that regard, as its field editor is extremely easy to use and it's fast with multi-page documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Personally, I like the platforms I use on a daily basis to be as simple as possible, especially during their initial implementations. This is what distinguishes this platform. It has been easy to use from day one. Furthermore, deploying this tool within my organization hasn't taken much time to adapt, especially for clients. It also simplifies the creation of new documents similar to existing ones, as it offers the ability to create templates for the data to be entered into documents. You can also start from the same documents and only change small, necessary details.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They should have an easier way to locate a document with specific signatures. This feature would be very useful as it would improve my workflow by having a document I want to reference readily available. They lack features for customizing formats such as currency and dates. Not all documents have the same format, as we have clients from different parts of the world who use different configurations. This means we have to manage signatures through other means or reach agreements, making the negotiation process more cumbersome. Their customer service is poor; they should improve this aspect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're unfamiliar with digital signatures, you can execute your commercial contracts with a few clients, especially new ones, to increase adaptability. Then, gradually, you can roll out DocuSign to your entire organization and see the time savings you'll achieve compared to traditional paperwork. You can integrate it with other platforms to automate business processes, and this platform will avoid delays in the wait times it takes to process a physical signature, since it's cumbersome to wait to send documents long distances and wait for them to be signed back.

My favorite aspect of DocuSign is how quickly and easily it lets me send, sign and manage documents from anywhere, saving time and reducing paper use.

I have found no significant drawbacks with this product. It consistently meets my expectations and performs reliably across all key functions, making it a dependable tool for my workflow

I definitely recommend it, it has improved our productivity through replacing paper signatures and having to scan them back in.
