More intuitive. Customized for our specific needs. Constant improvement of solution with monthly communications. Good mechanism for putting in enhancements and keeping users informed on enhancements. Excellent support.

Formatting documents is always a huge struggle. Bullett points and line spacing are always changing and impossible to work with

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you have plenty of time to import your materials and support locations on instructing how to use it.
