If you want ease of use, user-friendly interface, cost effectiveness and its AI and NLP capabilities are great. But you should consider its integrations with other platforms because it is not that good in integration.

What differentiates Dialogflow from other similar products?
Dialogflow is ease to use, with the reliability of google, the quality of process it provides is amazing, the NLP structure is pretty strong/
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Conversational part, where we can just discuss the idea and ka-boomm the idea is turning into reality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As of now, there is nothing much, however the UI can be made more minimalistic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just understand how prompting works and understand your use case before putting it into Dialogflow.
