What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Fully integrated HR software that encompasses the entire HR life style cycle.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Compliance - I feel completely confident in the compliance arena.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My comfort is in the Benefits administration module. On a daily bases, I use HR, reporting and antilithics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

invest in the learning modules before you start the implementation process. Have Ceridian provide you with an in person implementation team.

Very strong payroll module and back off tax teams, excellent benefits module and file feed integration capability. Wide range of features and intuitive for end users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexible reporting and export/extract options

What do you dislike most about this product?

Slow product development, product roadmap is not always focused on the right things

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't rush implementation, test thoroughly, and engage in Ceridian Education for deep product learning
