Ceridian dayforce is very user friendly and I use it almost everyday to manage my team

Doesnt need training to use it

I would recommend this product because it is not complicated to use and doesn't need extensive training on how to use it

You will need a dedicated person who can manage system configurations in-house. It has a lot of great functionality and works best when you use all the modules.
