What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Copper is simple to setup and easy to use, I implemented and am responsible for administration but none of our team complained about the usability, it has alot features and Integrates with many apps like Zapier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect t it integrates well with Gmail and calendar, our sales team use it while opening Gmail.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My issue is email alerts and notifications, sometimes we miss alerts because they instead come as promotional messages.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We are using Copper to manage contacts, sales and tasks. It is easy to setup and seamlessly integrates well with Gmail and Google Calendar.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
As someone who selected this software for our sales team, I found great thing with it and one is that it give free trials for every plan even its Business plan has a trial period and this gave us time to access if it gonna work for us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like its business plan , it is very affordable it costs us 134$ to renew every month which is affordable, additional it has unlimited contacts with a premium support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I love the fact that it integrates well with Gmail but some of our team members complained their email get filled with Copper promotional messages.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the best CRM that is simple and affordable and integrates well with Gmail and Google Calendar, try it will elevate your sales.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
We are using Copper to manage our customer contacts, leads and sales pipelines. It is very easy to use and all my team members quickly adopted it and also the customer support is helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how Copper has transformed our sales, it has solved our disorganized customer data, lost leads and slow responses times.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly I dislike that you can only use tags to create list because I wish they should implement something different.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Copper is very easy to use and simple to work with compared to other lead management tools and so I recommend it to anyone considering using it.
