Our company uses CONFLUENCE in almost all departments, as it has helped us to organize daily tasks and assign activities to staff. The best thing is that all the information is stored in one place, which makes it easy to search and access.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The search option is very useful to find tasks, projects or any other notes that have been made in the project, it saves us the time to search for each of the projects. Being able to follow the files that are in the cloud and know who is editing them is a great advantage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not have a Gantt chart to see the progress of the activities. If it had a chat, it would be much easier to communicate between employees or some integration with an instant messaging application. Some team members found it difficult to use because of its many tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We found it to be a very complete tool for what we need within our organization. Keeping an order with the assigned projects, having interaction with the rest of the project members leaving comments and important notes on the tasks makes the software more dynamic and useful.

Confluence helps to organize projects easily with the help of advanced search tools and labels. We can start our project for our team strategy and planning documents and reports. Confluence help us to co-edit reports and documents together in real time and publish updates that highlight changes which are tracked with version history. Also, it is very good for online collaboration by syncing documents. Also, it has superb permission management for critical security of confidential data and documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Confluence is best collaboration with other apps, templates per document type and sharing options. Its drag and drop working feature is fantastic and there is ease to categories docs and set permissions which is its great advantage. Confluence allows us to connect existing users directly to relevant project documentation making collaboration easy and quick.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The content editing tool needs improvement. Interface feature is also outdated and is not intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want all your documents under one roof and direct integration with Jira then confluence is best recommendation.
