What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way it handles all the knowledge base of an organization, gives flexibility with regards to templates when creating documents,

What do you dislike most about this product?

Permissions handling and Searching through the documents is not the best

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give this tool a try and you won't be disappointed. There are things that could be a teeny tiny bit annoying but it fits the bill overall!

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence is a good product especially when we create a business and collobration for the requirements specific and taking orders from the business to the developer team and testing team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Able to read the summary very much effective way , attached the document and link the URL's where we are not need to worry to transform the page here and there so it was a wonderful feature

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing was dislike all the links in a single page and requirements are cleary visible

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes i highly recommend most of the product based telecom companies use this product

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

It keeps all the information safe and provides great interface to keep every document updated, customization is great since it provides different templates to add information or wikis, Facility to share, user-friendly and great to work with due to integration of other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customization aspect is one of my favorites, since you can create your own document and allow everyone to comment and share feedback and also contribute which is amazing when working with big teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That it is not that simple to transfer information since it does not provide a merge option between pages, the Search tool can be optimized as well since it is very vague when you type an specific word.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try since storing information and processes is a great tool, it is easy to use and very customizable.
