What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The built-in formatting styles make it quick and easy to author consistent and attractive pages.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Security vulnerabilities have required that the service is taken offline whilst critical patches are applied. Search can sometimes frustrate when pages tagged with included keywords are not included in the results.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Wiki-stye authoring may require some training and adjustment if this is not something staff have had previous experience of.
