What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

One of the uses that this tool has had within my organization is as a base for internal and external consultation and has been very useful in providing quick solutions to problems and incidents that arise with the products and services we offer. The flow of information has been another factor greatly improved with the acquisition of this tool; it is a great ally to store, refresh, and consult the documentation of the organization's projects, products, and services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the way I can collaborate with my colleagues through Confluence and how the whole team can contribute and organize information within the environment; it serves to complement each other. Its storage capacity and access to accumulated knowledge make it comparable to wiki tools; it has a perfect knowledge base. Another thing I like about this tool's its ability to integrate with numerous external tools to extend its reach and functionality within the organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing this tool has against it is its limitations when integrating with third-party tools; other than that, I can't find anything I don't like about Confluence.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Confluence is one of the best tools for managing and using information; it has an exemplary user interface, easy to understand and easy to use, and the incorporation of new personnel is fast. I recommend it because it is an excellent resource for any company.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence, as I think, shouldn't be mentioned without its belonging to Atlassian infrastructure, and if only you use Jira, then you definitely need a workspace to create technical task and collect all the artifacts. And Confluence deals with it greatly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Huge amount of macros that can be integrated with Confluence, from official to custom / open-source. You can transform usual and bleak blank text document into really powerful workspace regarding almost everything: from current task progress to data from many additional sources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes designing a document (its layout) is not such simple as in basic MS Word / Google Docs

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Should work together with Jira and probably Trello. Atlassian products one by one is not such good as in synergy with others among its brand infrastructure

Confluence is a collaborative workplace where you can develop and manage all of your tasks. Confluence, unlike word and document solutions, is cooperative, allowing your organization to accomplish their finest work collaboratively. From technological team members and project administration to advertising, human resources, and financial, the more individuals who utilize it, the more advantage organizations get.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I sometimes struggle with configuring several of the tables because it is annoying when something doesn't do what users want anyway and it takes a long time to rectify the problem. Scanning was severely hampered, and there was no way to link paperwork. Permits were also poorly managed. Over the previous six months, performance has deteriorated and is currently quite sluggish. The whole configuration management is indeed perplexing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It goes without saying that Confluence integrates well with Atlassian products. Its pages are ideal for displaying Jira Applications tickets or Trello boards and communities. Inserting Test scripts on any Confluence articles is as simply copying and pasting, or correct on bold letters to generate new individual tickets from existing page. If you use Trello, you could make changes to your boards directly from Confluence webpages.
