The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Great tool for promoting workplace autonomy

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
My company has found that using Atlassian Confluence to collaborate has helped us improve communication across departments and increase our level of autonomy as a whole. It has been incredibly helpful for my coworkers and me to be able to collaborate on sales, marketing, product, and support documents from our home offices in different parts of the country. We've been able to get more done in less time and better serve our clients thanks to this helpful tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Atlassian Confluence is ideal for autonomous, cross-functional teams that need fast access to a large body of information that may not be housed in a single department. This tool may not be as beneficial if your firm is run in silos, with strict guidelines around who owns what.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When several people are contributing to the same shared team area, it's simple for things to get chaotic if proper precautions aren't taken. It's not always possible to get perfectly aligned page formatting. For instance, consider the use of indentation and line space.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
All of our Product Owner and Product Management documentation is stored on Atlassian Confluence. To top it all off, this is where all of our Product-related teamwork and study gets done. However, the entire company relies on it as a resource, not just the Product team. The lack of a standardized place to store reports, meeting minutes, and study results was addressed.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
I feel that confluence has a very good user interface and user friendliness. These two allows users to explore the pages on their own and an absolute beginner can become an expert in less period of time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to track version control without ease and add multiple sources/ charts makes the users to prefer confluence over other softwares
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no specific dislikes for this product. I am happy to use confluence for the rest of my life ( If given an option )
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please read the community pages and understand the product before buying it. The product has more capabilities than we can imagine
