It is very efficient and convenient use and very easy to set-up initially also very easily understandable to newer person

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the favourite which comes at the end of the day to make report generation of whole day's entries and maintaining the record

What do you dislike most about this product?

Everything is perfect as of now nothing as such drawbacks from this software

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very much simpler to use and easy to access also very clean UI for using if a person is beginner

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

‎Concur Expense remains the industry heavyweight primarily because it handles enterprise complexity better than almost any other product. Concur is card-agnostic. It can ingest data from almost any corporate card provider globally, plus out-of-pocket cash expenses, mileage, and travel bookings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have been using Concur because it creates seamless connectivity between travel expense and deep enterprise systems. I love Concur’s ability to merge travel booking and expense management into a single automated workflow, which is its most praised quality. It transforms what used to be a multi-day administrative headache into a background process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

‎When a report is flagged with a red exception, the reason isn't always clear. I get stuck behind a wall of errors for a simple mismatch that requires several clicks and menus to find and fix.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The more data that flows in automatically, the less manual entry your employees have to do, which reduces the administrative dread often associated with Concur.

Concur Expense has robust reporting features that allow our organization to go down to a more granular level in tracking spending.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's simple and easy to use to track expenses across different areas of the business - marketing, operations, etc. The itemization and differentiation with the variable costs is a must-have.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything in particular I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The reporting is complex and you can get extremely detailed so ensure you take the time to work through these nuances.
