What differentiates ClickSend from other similar products?

What differentiates ClickSend from other similar products is the fact that it is easy to load multiple contact numbers and it is easy to track all the activity like text messages sent failed texts, and even credits or billing. This sets it apart from the other similar products that I have come across.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect on ClickSend is the pricing and flexibility in price negotiation and contracts. Most products are expensive and have a solid and non-flexible contract or implementation price negotiation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I will say I don't like about ClickSend is the failed messages. It seems like the number of failed messages kept on growing despite having credits and good phone numbers and good internet connectivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will recommend anyone considering the product to first go through reviews from people who have actually used the product, if the product has a free trial, try it out and see if it will cater to your needs.

What differentiates ClickSend from other similar products?

Communication is way faster as a customer can be reached out via several means like SMS and email. The tracking is very fast and it is therefore an edge over others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect is the uptime and SMS Blast which can send messages without getting blocked.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing is the templates. it is not present and if it would be there, would have made it easier to design campaigns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using the product to send sms and email blasters as it can certainly lower the cost of marketing in a big way.
