The fact that you can have multiple vendors and still integrate Clevertap with the API's is really cool

There are some places where an effective tutorial would have been very useful.

What differentiates CleverTap from other similar products?

Clevertap was good as a tool to send out communications and pretty standard in terms of features offered

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The easy campaign creation and the delivery is good

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customer support was worst, no one takes ownership and after things go wrong they simply apologise

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Kindly do the POC and make sure to inform the clevertap team about the repercussions of lack in appropriate service
