What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

Cisco jabber is a combination of all the features and qualities that could make the communication process easy and convenient. All the departments throughout our organization are better able to communicate using this tool and in my opinion, this is the most basic reason why we have chosen Cisco Jabber.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Video and audio conferencing is best plus it facilitates us by giving us different kinds of features screen sharing by the assistance of which we are able to share important documents across various departments without difficulty. Similarly, the live chat feature, Mobile application, integration, and scheduling are some of other important specifications that make it favorable for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

whenever we try to record the session it starts showing clunky behavior and then it seems like it is a recording session but in the end, there is no recording anywhere. I don’t have clue what's wrong and where is something wrong but that’s how it is.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am 100% recommending this collaboration tool to everyone out there.
