The user interface is very simple and sleek yet boring also. You can do instant chats, calls, video conferencing, web conferencing, visual mails, and more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price of this software doesn't justify the features they are offering. Moreover, there is no freemium schedule available and another downside is that the software shows glitches on working some heavy applications. The networking system is also not strong.

In general, the Cisco tool is highly suggested by most of the users except the few ones who didn’t find it useful at all. So, you can check the performance by yourself and the premium version is not much expensive to buy.

It is a good tool and i have been using it in my project for communication with team members. It’ terribly effective and sharing screenshots within the chat was impressive too. It facilitates me to perform higher in my professional life. The entire intergation and deployement of application is good.Cisco jabber may be a good application to use in little as well as in huge enterprises. Simple to use and help to individualise offline status.

The main factor I prefer concerning this app is that it helps us to call our colleagues with ease. It’s replaced the physical phone. It’ a good package for calling. Reduced licencing value once the organision uses the Cisco IP phones. Single software tool provides the whole collaboration expertise IM, web conferencing, audio and video conferencing. Cisco Jabber is simple to use and might be terribly useful for communicating between colleagues at intervals identical organization. Has categorization of contacts, so serving to within the grouping per user needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While using the application, it get logged off simply because of network issue. App does’nt have desktop sharing session and user can’t share file attachement. Generally the appliance changes the audio settings once new audit equipment is plugged in, that may have an effect on the incoming calls. This issue results in changing the audio settings in mid-call or disconnecting the decision to re-configure the settings.

Cisco jabber is extremely necessary tool for team meeting and video conferencing with peoples. I powerfully advocate it to use it for professional as well as personal use tho’ it had been not free that must be kept in mind.
