What differentiates Ceipal ATS from other similar products?
It takes care of the beginners. It does not allow the wrong keywords which are helpful and beneficial for beginners. It makes Ceipal ATS better than other ATS in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like its database which is very helpful. It has integrated all major job boards like Monster, Dice, and Career Builder in a single place. It saves me time, I did not need to log in for the separate job board. We can easily fetch the profiles and can track and submit the candidate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing more to dislike about this product. But sometimes, it logged out automatically while we are working and opened it in many tabs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would like to recommend this product as it is easy to use and has lots of features that make it unique. All major job boards are in one place. Using the submission switch feature, a recruiter can know whether the candidate is submitted or not.

This tool has many features that make it far much better than other alternatives. Here, I can easily make the integrated search from the dashboard and also send the emails in bulk without any hefty process. Also, the dashboard can be arranged or managed in different ways.

Here, we can search for the best talent for almost every kind of requirement. The integration with third-party applications is quick and easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes, it loads slower whenever we open resumes. Also, the data retrieved or searched is merged in different columns and rows making the data messy.
