What differentiates CallTrackingMetrics from other similar products?
CallTrackingMetrics provides transcription service which is most of the time 90% correct and on the other hand other softwares have not ben able to do that.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration with Google Ads. We have been tracking conversions of google ads accounts' with the help of CTM
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes, seeing so much information on the screen makes you wonder how could you hide the irrelevant information
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is highly recommended to anyone looking for a solution of call tracking. It has endless features and moreover, it is not expensive compared to other tools. You can get the transcripts, track conversions, review performance of users and give feedback. It is 10/10

Longevity of relationship, quality of product vs price, good customer support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to leave notes/scores for each call and send that data into Google Ads.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not very user intuitive. Many of our small business clients get confused while using it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Simpler interface and more product integrations.
