What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

Brevo stands out because it’s easy to use and designed for small and medium businesses. It combines email, SMS, and customer management tools in one place, so you don’t need separate apps. Its pricing is clear and affordable, and it makes sure your messages actually reach people. Plus, it works well with other tools and has great automation features, making it super flexible for different needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite thing about Brevo is how it combines email, SMS, and customer management in one place. It makes everything easier and helps you see all customer interactions in one view, so you can personalize campaigns better. The automation is also simple to use and saves a lot of time while keeping communication effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I don’t like about Brevo is that some of the advanced features, like detailed analytics or more integrations, feel a bit limited. It could offer more insights into customer actions or better tools for bigger campaigns to make it even better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

The Implementation of Bulk SMS and OTP sending using Brevo makes it a complete unique solution for product marketing, promotion and authentication purposes

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the SMS sending feature of BREVO, which is easy to use and to schedule of when to send the SMS and also configuring WhatsApp marketing templates is easier with Brevo

What do you dislike most about this product?

Each service is charged independently for example SMS sending, Email sending and WhatsApp marketing are all charged independently by topping up credits and yet you still need to upgrade to a premium plan which makes Brevo an expensive tool to use for marketing and business communication

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is a lot of support from this tool and I would recommend the solution

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

Brevo has fair pricing compared to other similar products that have been evaluated, they have free WhatsApp integrations where other providers offer the same at an extra cost, and you receive maximum support regardless of the pricing plan you subscribe to.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the WhatsApp schedule; you can schedule when the WhatsApp campaign can be sent and this saves me a lot of time

What do you dislike most about this product?

They should consider having a live chat since the ticketing system takes longer to respond to tickets and this makes our work slow when there is a serious issue affecting our use of the product, especially product issues

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a smaller contact list and would use a very friendly cost tool, then Brevo is an answer, and I highly recomment the solution
