It has most of the important features which satisfies the business requirements. Less customizations required compared to other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Best vendor support and clear documentation and knowledge articles

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dashlets to create custom dashboards have to be further improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BMC documentation provides information very good overview of the product and further they can contact sales and technical support for specific senarios to be implemented.

What I feel are the features of Truesight and the easiness getting to know day by day is better than any tool in the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Monitoring and end to end service from Application, URL to infra.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost is a little bit higher but organizations must afford it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just get licenses for App URL and infra as well with all the features to enable which will ease your life in monitoring end to end.
