What is your favorite aspect of this product?

focus on resolution rather than figuring out what went wrong. I’ve seen it help our team cut downtime in half during high-stakes client campaigns

with older systems. I had to spend extra time customizing integrations to make everything work smoothly with legacy tools

‎I have been using this platform for one main reason: it supports automated enrichment and routing of incidents to the right teams, which speeds up resolution and ensures consistent handling of incidents. By highlighting probable root causes, I can address the source of problems rather than just the symptoms, improving long-term system stability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the platform is powerful once fully implemented, the onboarding process feels complex without specialized IT operations resources.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should fully leverage its AI-driven correlation, noise reduction, and automation features, ensure all monitoring tools are integrated, and invest time in proper onboarding for maximum operational efficiency.
