I wish it had more other features like posting different updates on a common place

Other employees have great visibility of co-workers availability, we longer need to write long emails for leave request anymore! Employees can easily apply for leaves using this tool.

BambooHR is a diverse platform that executes the various workforce management processes with ease allowing simplicity in executing various HR needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BambooHR has helped us automate our various workforce management needs and this allows us to execute them on time without any hitches. Its affordable and helps us manage our workforce records in a confidential manner and allowing them to remain competitive. BambooHR has helped us manage our payroll and ensure that its error-free and available on time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform is sometimes impeded by poor internet connections in its usage delaying its application in workforce management.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
BambooHR is easy to use and one acquired it will streamline the way you manage your staff and automate the various HR functions and processes.

The Interphase is user friendly and easy to navigate actually with a wider range of funtionality
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Basically, as Human Resource personnel, it's the easy longlist and shortlisting for me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that I can't cap my application entries for a particular position.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Compared to other HRIS, BambooHR is a strong "8", so I highly recommend them
