What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Liked the UX, the look and feel, and the value for our money. BambooHR contains "360 Degree Feedback
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very time managing and also very easy to set up and use. The presence of mobile apps makes life simpler in terms of accessing data on the go Simple to navigate, easy to integrate, and great for recruiting and onboarding. Ability to customize.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Full functionality is not available on mobile apps. it does not have a feature "Scheduling"
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a delightful application that recognizes it from other comparable applications in that it contains the feature "360 Degree Feedback" that brings employee's thoughts closer and helps the achievement of the work.

Powerful, Feature-Rich, and Simple to Use
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can mark onboarding tasks, policies, leave applications and it is also easier for the staff to get their info on it or anyone in the org. everything on your fingertips. you can fill in data for new joiners, the welcome message template is amazing as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far I have not found any disadvantage, as a user
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For a strong HR department, I suggest all the business officials to use BambooHR software.

BambooHR helps us execute our various HR functions and this helps us manage the welfare and affairs of our staff in a humane and reliable manner. Helps us keep our employee records securely and make them confidential and avoid their third-party tampering. Fits reliably in all organizations and this ensures that they are able to streamline their functions with simplicity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform has so far been reliable and we have not had any problems in using the platform to manage our human workforce.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
BambooHR is reliable and will streamline the various HR practices and functions and this will improve the morale of the staff and allow them to thrive efficiently.
