What differentiates Attentive from other similar products?

There are many SMS and MMS platforms out there, but nobody has the features and capabilities Attentive offers. I was able to design, set up workflows and do so much more with Attentive that are unmatched by any other vendor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to manage offers, pop-up designs, and so many other aspects of the SMS campaign greatly improved results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not an admin panel so to add other team members you have to contact support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This works best with a Shopify integration so you don't have to mess with any code.
