Attentive is able to differentiate themselves through their intuitive UI and exceptional customer service. The ease of working with them and they’re offering sets them for and above the competition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The intuitive UI is my favorite aspect of the product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would say they’re reporting attribution tends to be in accurate with our internal data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would tell them to consider not just Attentive SMS offering, but also explore their ESP as well to migrate all channels to a single platform.
