What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana is a project management software that really allowed us to fully integrate our work team and improve the flow of daily activities. With its system and simple functions, we were able to get the activities accomplished in the stipulated time. We were able to meet our clients on time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the features I like the most is that it turns an email into a task within the project management. The drag and drop is a new feature that I value and that allows us to move faster with the progress of the tasks. The fact that it has chat included makes it much more useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its reports can improve a lot, we need reports with more details of each activity. The program is not very intuitive at the beginning, which cost us a little to adapt to it, it has some hidden functions that do not allow us to get the full potential of the program. Its mobile version is not very intuitive either.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although we use this program to improve our workflow and finish our projects in a timely manner, the truth is that Asana offers many other functions that would be useful to companies regardless of their size. For us, it has helped us enormously to ensure that the activities and progress of our projects are seen and fulfilled.

This is a very intuitive tool. On the dashboard, a user can see all the overdue, complete, and upcoming tasks. This helps the user to plan their tasks at first sight

My favorite aspect is the layout. Also, you can set your goals as well and it helps me to keep my team on track.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I don't like about Twilio. This is the perfect tool for project management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool has all the features required to manage your project efficiently. If you want to manage portfolios and Goals then I believe this will be the right tool for you.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

This software has helped us to improve the dynamics at work, because assigning activities and tasks to the work team is easier and measuring their progress is simple. Communication is more fluid and we can see all the comments and comments left by the rest of the project members regarding an assigned activity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tasks are easier to understand and execute, since they are assigned to each employee when they are individual or to the work team when they are group tasks. The diagrams have been very helpful, we can see the progress we have made and if we are behind the established time to finish the task, this way we can speed up the work and finish it on time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is annoying that some requests for activities and tasks do not arrive in real time, which makes us late with the start of the project and we must use other means for the start. These requests only arrive if you start the program and they arrive in the mail long after they have been assigned, which is a real delay for the project. Task comments also do not arrive in real time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an excellent tool for remote work, because you can easily assign activities and projects to your work group online and monitor and know closely the progress of the activities. It has worked very well for the work we do, except for some details, we found this software to be quite complete.
